“Mr Buthelezi is a mobile operator, driving assigned bobcats as his daily operation duties. Apart from his designated task which is packing pig iron containers, he is versatile in other general work, like cleaning spillages immediately, assisting in any task that is assigned to him and generally is a “go to man.” He works all his shifts for the past 4 years, and his attendance is excellent.”
