“I would like to nominate JB Ngubane. This guy is that type of an employee who is able to work alone without any supervision. When washing the route for vessel loading and JB Ngubane is part of that team that washes the belts then you are guaranteed that the route will definitely pass when SGS do their inspection. He is always on time and is always readily available when being called in to come and help. He is the only general I know that can look at the profile of the product on the conveyor belt and be able to tell if the flow rate is correct for that particular product.”
