Sazi is a very intelligent worker. He always thinks before he does any work. He is able to find solutions to problems very quickly. He is also very safety conscious. Sazi is always willing to go the extra mile, he is not afraid to identify extra work. He is able to work without supervision and is a reliable and responsible worker. He always makes sure that he does his work right the first time. He also looks for ways to improve the methods used in executing his tasks. Well done Sazi
