The associate for the month for October 2016 is Shane Ganas.
Shane’s work ethic and attention to detail has made him an integral part of the fabric of QP, he has in depth knowledge of many facets of the company from dispatch, receiving to QA (GMP) and now Security.
He has not only shown he is a team player but has placed his life on the line ensuring all at QP are safe and secure in his role as Security Controller.
Shane has gone the extra mile on numerous occasions but none more so that in the uncovering of a syndicate operating at QP where he tended many man hours in overtime and without compensation in order to bring those who were in the ring to task. This entailed many nights going through footage with the team until justice was served.
Attendance has been exemplarity especially when we began the Surveillance centre where he was asked to work a 6/6 for 7 days a week for 4 months until a fellow controller was hired. Same was done without issue.”
