Portia Malungani was first exposed to the Staffing & Recruitment industry while working on an accounting assignment at a Group Resourcing company in 2009. In 2018, Portia Malungani took a life changing decisions to leave the corporate space and founded Ntlafatso Management Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

Ntlafatso Management Holdings (Pty) Ltd was officially registered as a franchisee of Express Employment Professionals SA, in November 2019 and started trading as Express Employment Professionals (Fourways). Express Pros Fouways, was founded to ensure that we operate as a temporary employment and permanent staffing service provider that is primarily focused on quality service and ensuring that we apply best practice to consistently deliver on our client’s promise.

Our office is geared up to serve a vast majority industries across various types of labour staffing requirements including: 

• TES: Professional (IT, Finance, Engineering, Admin), Technical, Skilled & Unskilled (Blue Collar), Entry-Level to Senior labour outsourcing
