The Employment Services Act in Section 15 provides that \u201cno person may charge a fee to any work seeker for providing employment services to that worker\u201d. This is gazetted legislation designed to protect workers and job seekers alike from being exploited and excluded from participating in the job market. Charging a fee to a job seeker goes against the ethical and moral conduct of the staffing industry and is also in contradiction with international recruitment standards.<\/p>\n
