The Franchise is owned by Neels Botha and Alida Smit, who both are astute businesspeople with years of senior management and entrepreneurial experience. Neels comes with more than 40 years of experience in business on the African continent. His financial degree and master’s in business administration allow him the ability to develop innovative solutions to solve our clients’ pain points which is his strongest trait. He is a good listener and will always think out of the box to solve complex problems.
Alida is an entrepreneur at heart! She thrives on new challenges and loves building businesses that can make a positive impact on communities and people. Alida comes with years’ of Executive management experience in South Africa and Africa. This combined with an Industrial Engineering degree and analytical mind allows her to setup and manage successful new businesses. Her capability to see the bigger picture and draft a strategy to meet it is commendable!
