Clive Reid entered the staffing industry by chance in 1999 while working at an agency in London. After honing his skills in the UK, he returned to Johannesburg in 2005, where he held various roles, including Key Account Manager and Executive of Business Development.

In December 2019, seeking new challenges and greater control over his future, Clive took a leap of faith and became a franchisee with Express Employment Professionals. He opened his first franchise 02 March 2020, just days before the COVID-19 pandemic began. Despite the challenges, Clive ensured that his team received full salaries throughout the lockdown, leading to remarkable growth and achieving Fast Track milestones in record time.

Now, with a 2nd Franchise and part ownership in two additional franchises, and a dedicated team of 15 , Clive continues to impact the staffing industry positively, supported by Express’s extensive resources and training programs. He is committed to making a difference in the lives of his associates and clients, embodying the ethos of “Respecting People. Impacting Business.
