Description
Our client, a global leader in the automotive engineering sector, is seeking a detail-orientated Service Administrator to manage sales admin processes, coordinate with key departments, and ensure efficient service delivery within the Service Operations Department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management or related (Essential).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Administration (Essential).
- Proficient in SAP (Essential).
- Monitor job orders through SAP to ensure technicians efforts translate into payments from customers (Essential).
- Proven customer service experience and prioritization of customer satisfaction (Essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Business Portal, IPAS order management (Essential).
Responsibilities:
- Strong coordination skills as primary liaison between Finance, Logistics, LSD Team, and Field Service Operations Department (Essential).
- Monitor job orders through SAP to ensure technicians efforts translate into payments from customers (Essential).
- Order Management (Essential).
- Managing debtors and customer base.
- Capture invoices, Create Credit Memos, Prepare Sales Quotations.
- Prepare reports (Costing, WIP, Month End) and management thereof.
- Financial & Budget Forecasting (Essential).
- Manage Customer Relations.
