We are currently seeking a dedicated Junior Commercial Lawyer to join our client's dynamic legal team. This contract position is ideal for a motivated legal professional who is ready to handle complex challenges and grow their legal expertise through hands-on experience under expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze various types of agreements.
- Draft and review legal opinions to provide clear, actionable advice.
- Interpret legislation and apply it to current contracts or processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports using Microsoft Word and develop presentations in PowerPoint.
Requirements:
- LLB (essential)
- Honours specialising in commercial law (advantageous)
- Admitted Attorney (essential)
- At least 2 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- High accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Hardworking and committed to excellence in the legal profession.
