3x Traffic Controllers (Logistics ) Temp

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Truck Traffic Controller to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of truck traffic, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and developing schedules and timelines for logistics projects.

• Traffic Management: Coordinate and monitor the movement of trucks to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Safety Practices: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of drivers and adherence to regulations.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain schedules and timelines for logistics projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Communication: Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during transportation and logistics processes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of truck movements, deliveries, and any incidents.

Requirements:

• Safety Practices: Proven track record of implementing good safety practices.
• Scheduling: Demonstrated experience in developing schedules and timelines for projects.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience:
  • • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • • 2-3 years of traffic control experience with trucks.
