Description
We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Process Documentation Specialist. This role is ideal for a professional who is adept at using Microsoft Visio to capture and document business processes clearly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with internal teams to understand and gather detailed process information.
- Document process flows and steps using Microsoft Visio.
- Ensure the accuracy and clarity of all documentation produced.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant Project Management experience (advantageous)
- Minimum 2 experience in processing documentation, handling business documents and technical writing. (essential)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite. (essential)
- Excellent Reporting Skills. (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various departments. (essential)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. (essential)
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. (essential)
